I have the skills and experience to improve existing FP&A functions, allowing existing employees’ time to be spent on higher-value output. Even in a mature FP&A environment, I streamlined processes and reduced the time it took to generate monthly financials by 50%, allowing analysts to have much more time analyzing and generating insights. I championed new software tools where appropriate and aimed to optimize the use of existing tools.
