Solution
I rebuilt and simplified the entire process, keeping what worked and discarding what didn’t. Nearly a dozen separate tasks were reduced to two, and manual Excel formula changes were scrapped in favor of a single click of a button. These changes resulted in the FP&A team having time to analyze the numbers, create insights, and produce error-free reporting.
